Radion 4350 Ok but it is a very budget Video card September 3, 2010 Rob Radeon hd4350 is budget. As a budget card it runs great at lower resolution but if you crank it (1080p or higher single display)up you are left waiting. It does get the job done but if you are crunching with big games or video rendering this is not the card for you likewise if it is just to tool around and watch a little media then it is a sweet deal for the price. Good luck shopping
Enjoying the HDMI output to my HDTV! August 26, 2010 Richard Carver (Gurnee, IL USA) I purchased this to give my Windows XP computer an HDMI ouptput so that I could connect it to my Samsung HDTV. The card was fairly easy to install (between my motherboard and case there wasn't a lot of room but I was finally able to maneuver the board into place). Windows XP started up, rebooted, and the card was now the video output for my monitor. The ATI software installed without a problem. I connected my HDMI output to my HDTV. The ATI software allowed me to setup the second output as either an extended desktop or clone. I went with clone for video watching. You have to manually switch the audio to the boards audio to get sound to go to the HDTV instead of the PC but that seems to be the norm (a way to send sound to both would be nice in my case). Since I use a wide screen monitor on my PC and my HDTV is wide screen the resolutions matched up perfectly. I'm can now play content from my computer and see and hear it on my HDTV.
Works great simple install and drivers July 1, 2010 John A. Beardsley III Purchased for HDMI capabilities works well with my home built PC running Vista, NEC monitor and Samsung LCD HDTV connected. No regrets and happy with performance of card.
MSI ATI Radeon HD4350 512MB June 8, 2010 C. Oliveras (Hawaii) I purchased this to upgrade the video on my Windows Vista MCE. The card installed without any problems. Updated to latest drivers and was up and running in about 15 min. Note you have to load the catalyst control center software in order to use the HDMI port and HDMI sound. The card has a very big heatsink on it so you might lose a pci slot if its located close to the video slot. I did have to modify the HDMI cable, it would not seat all the way into the HDMI port on the back of the computer, a minor issue. Once that was taken care of I have been able to enjoy having my MCE PC access one of my TVs HDMI ports with sound instead of having to use the PC in port on the TV. The picture quality is very sharp coming from the computer. I would recommend this product.
Great replacement for my defective video card... April 25, 2010 RD 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Works perfectly fine in a low profile system! Low profile bracket was included in the box!
Not a "high end" card but a "gamer" would go for another option anyway.
I however needed a budget, "noise free" no fan option for my workstation. That's the one.
Easy installation. Great picture. No complaints.
