Nice Workout! April 2, 2010 Adrien Strano (Pittsburgh, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nice little machine gives a decent workout. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't have much room for a larger piece of equipment and the price is right.

This is very easy to use. Definitely gets your heart rate going, and the dvd keeps you from getting bored. Compact. Very happy with it.
You Will Feel The Burn. March 22, 2010 Luvs 2 Read (TN, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It could be due to the fact that the product is new or maybe the tension on this stepper is supposed to be this high. Whatever the reason, I get a thorough workout with this machine, arms. legs, cheeks :), cardio, the works. I purchased this stepper for the purpose of losing weight and toning specific areas, I personally feel that I will obtain my desired end results with this little machine. Some reviews have mentioned a squeaking sound. I have not had to suffer with that problem but I did have to endure a kind of oily/lubricant burning smell that lingered after an extended workout. It was not terrible but my bedroom did smell like a chop shop for a while after use.
Overall. great stepper, satisfied customer.
Okay but could be better March 15, 2010 S. Good 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I use to have an AirClimber and gave it to a family member when I went into the military. I bought this item for something to have in my dorm room when the weather prevents me from getting to the gym. I've had it since January 10th, 2010 and it does squeek causing me to turn up the volume on the tv. If you put your feet in the right spot the squeeking minimizes and it's not really noticable. There's really no resistance once the hydraulics warm up. You don't really feel the workout either (for instance if I'm working my glutes I like feeling a little bit of soreness to know I got a workout#. The calorie counter is way off #I wear one of those calorie counting devices on my arm#. I think that the washers must be grinding because I've noticed metal particles under the hinges. I just tried greasing the hinges with a WD-40-like product but the squeeking continued the following day. I haven't used the CD that came with it, because I prefer to watch tv/movies as a distraction during my workout. Also, after about 20 minutes of working out the machine gives off a weird smell like it's overheated. Overall, you get what you pay for #about $65 when I bought mine). If you're like me and prefer 45-60 minutes of a cardio workout, I would recommend the AirClimber - it has a wide base
